It was raining yesterday ,so I only worked on the shed for about 3 hrs, but here is the progress so far. It is hard to believe how much damage was done by ground hogs digging under the stone foundation, I have one more side to do. You might recognise the blocks in the center pier, I brought those leftover blocks from work ,just to show , nothing goes to waste around here.

My wife was feeding the groundhogs one time because she thought they were "cute", she didn't think they were so cute when they dug under the porch pillar and the porch sank! That was a job. Good luck, looks like you do nice work Mike

I did that to my mini barn back in 2007. The sill's were getting in sad shape from insect infestation. They were sitting on a concrete slab. I used treated boards on the sills and I cut the studs off and bolted short pieces of the treated 2 X 4's and anchored them to the sill with metal hangers. I also replaced the plywood sheathing along the bottom. I used pressure treated plywood for that. It was built in 1976. Hal

Glad to see you taking the time to repair it. Must people in my area just let it go and becomes run down and un-useable.
Good work
Ryan
