I was driving my truck today and let it sit for a few hours and now it wont start it just turns over... Fuel pump? And there is a ticking from the fuse box under the hood. any ideas thanks.

Goats of that era have a phenomenal rate of failure of the crankshaft position sensor, not to mention the ignition coil and fuel pump.

Beat on the fuel tank with your fists or a rubber mallet. That may give you a few days of a working fuel pump as a quick fix.
