Iam thinking about rasing holstein calves up to 400 or 500 lbs. was wondering how much hay,corn and protein it take to each weight and what weight would be better I realize that it takes 50 lbs. of milk replacer at the beginning Thankyou John

Go to www.admani.com search for dairy beef on the left of the page, then go to the dairy beef program. That should get you started. I made alot of money doing it this way, I took them up to 700lbs but when corn hit 3.50 I got out.

I've been told brewers grain is much cheaper than corn, might want to try that. I'm considering of the same idea.
