OT Small Print on Computer Screen

I just got my computer back from getting cleaned up. I had viruses and spyware on it. Before I had the screen set to larger print so I could read them easily, now, the print on the task bars is so small I can barely read it. Can someone tell me how to make the screens larger? When I changed it before, it was simple, but I don"t remember what I did then to change it. Thanks for any help, Chris

Hold down the control key and scroll the roller on the mouse up or down.

Well depending on your computer and the op system it has it can be as easy as going to the top of a page and clicking on view then zoom and you can make any page larger or smaller

I hold ctrl and jog + all the time to see small detail and ctrl - to take it back down

OK, thanks. That works when I'm on the internet, but my e-mail is still small and this doesn't change anything there. How can I make the e-mail larger???? Chris

In sending email just look for the font size but for recieving email I know of no way to enlarge and that I need.

Not trying to be funny, but you should be able to go into yout control panel, select the handicapped option, and adjust things like keyboard speed, font size, etc.

As long as we are getting useful information--

I suggest you push the F11 button and you will see increased window size with information bars being hidden.

Simply push it (F11) to restore back to normal.

click on the "start" in the lowerleft, then you should see controll panel, or if you see settings then hover or click on that, controll panell should be there, click on that

In addition to all postsubmitted. On mine an using Windows 7 an Outlook express at bottom right corner there is a + i can increase up to 400% including lot of other sites.

I use Firefox as a web browser. To change the font size, select tools on the second line from the top, then options, Then content. On this page you can select the size print you want. I use TIMES NEW ROMAN number 18. Don't know if this works on any other web browser. Also, if you check the box EMAIL NOTIFICATION, you will get an email everytime someone answers your post.

Email Notification: If you check this box, email will be sent to you whenever someone replies to this message. Your email address must be entered above to receive notification. This notification will be cancelled automatically after 2 weeks.
