Case model 265

I am in need of a some candid feedback from anyone with a Case MC265 tractor with 500 hours. I have found one for sale but am away from home at the moment and not able to go see the thing. The person on the other end of the phone thinks its a 34 horsepower tractor but not sure if thats at the engine or PTO. The $12000 package includes a loader, bushhog, finish mower,box blade, dump trailer and auger. I intend to use the thing around my 13 acres mostly repairing trails and cleaning up fallen trees. It sounds good to me but I can"t find specs on it. Any insights or comments from experienced owners would be awesome. Thanks, Jan

my first post got deleted for some reason, so here goes again. I looked up external_link for a Case model 265 and there were no listings. So, looking further at a site which sells tractors online there were two listed, and were listed as being 27HP. It seems that the price you've been asked with all the equipment is not that bad. Big disclaimer here, I'm not an expert on these tractors, and hopefully some expert will chime in here. But considering all the equipment you're getting with this deal, don't sound bad to me.
