Massey 35 diesel

got a massey 35 diesel 4 cylinder head gasket blew so put a new one in it head looked fine no cylinders scuffed everything looked ok put it back together and now it wont even atempt to fire up seems to have alot of blow by in my opinion pulled the dipstick out and just a steady stream of like a fog while cranking sound fishy or what?

Your new head gasket has either blown already or was the wrong one. Those older MF diesels can have several different head gaskets depending on what brand of overhaul kit was used. I would pull the head back off and check and see if the gasket you used was right. The steel ring around the cylinder hole is what is different on the gaskets. It needs to fit right or it will blow. Also when ever I have a head gasket blow I check the head for flatness. I have a flat machine table to do that on. It would not cost much to have it checked. If it is not flat just have it machined.
