Its been a long time since Ive ground any feed. I know about the Pearson's square and such.What are your favorite feed formulas for hog and steer feed. Thanks ED

Depends on what you have locally available or what is the best price. 50/50 Ground corn and alfalfa for fattening steers is hard to beat if nothing equal is cheaper.

For calves, I ground 40 bu of shelled corn and mixed with 60 bu of whole cottonseed. They were handfed........amount depending on size and given free-choice grass hay.
