Restored Elencos are not common but not unheard of either.

The going rate for a restored one is around $15,000.

Wow! First a $12,500 Jubilee, now this thing! I'm beginning to believe that if he were willing to take leave of his senses, a guy could drop a hundred large on old Fords, and still have very little to show for it! Other than the claim that "I paid more for one of these than any other person in recorded history."

The seller says he will not respond to emails. I don't want the tractor anyhow, but if I did, I would have a real problem complying with that statement, because I do not have the time nor the desire to play phone tag.

Rustyfarmall... I agree with you on .. no e-mails .. so you try and call .. no answer but leave your name and # ... 2 days later you still wonder whats going on ...

I usually start off with e-mails .. if no respones ... o-well ... there be others ..

Just how rare are those Elenco's? I've seen for of them advertised for sale in the past two months.
First one was unrestored but looked like it had potential. It was advertised on C/L for a very low price. It sold quickly.
The 2nd one was as beat up and abused as a tractor could be and it wasn't complete. It sold at auction for $2750.
There's currently one on C/L for $35000!!!!!!
And now this one.
