Well the wife does not like hot foods like my hot Chili for Church tomorrow or a lot of other hot stuff I cook. Well I found something she likes and has complained about it because she says it taste to good. Any how it is my Jalapeno Jelly mixed with cream cheese. Well at least she likes it so will probably have to make more. Oh thanks guys for filling me into the fact that it was good if you had not I might not have made any

we've got this stuff call "tiger sauce" in louisiania, its a spicy sweet and sour sauce. My wife like to dump a bunch over cream cheese and dip it with fretos.

Hi Rich, what is the recipe? I mistakenly purchased green pepper plants in the spring, which turned out to be "HOT" peppers, prephaps we can make some of your type of jelly. Cheers, Murray
