Want to make some sorghum next weekend and am concerned about prussic acid poisoning as it has been so dry. Does the cooking destroy the prussic acid and make the sorghum safe for consumption? Don't want to poison anyone. Cane has been under stress as the blades have dried two thirds of the way to the top. We are as dry as we were in 83.
Anyone have any information?
