ot: T-8 bulbs

I have a 4 light t-8 fixture that just quit one day,no blinking or anything. Would 1 bulb make the rest not come on,only t-8 I have, or would it most likely be the ballast. Thanks for the help

I have T8's in my miling parlor, but 2 bulb lamps; almost never have both quit. Usually some blinking before one quits. Sounds like it's the ballast.
