Gee, my seemed so good pricing from late spring, earlier this summer dont seem so good right now. I need 123 bushel average to fill all my contracts, the lowest being $3.36 and the highest being $4.39. Real curious to see what prices are this next two month when harvest is coming closer to a close. There are some real decent N/C "11 contracts out there, sure hope my yeild come close to that 180+ mark like the sampling numbers came out as. I wont contract any more until this years contracts are filled and the rest is in a bin some where.

The market analysts who advised everybody to sell for whatever they could get a few months ago because they thought prices were going down, don't seem to acknowledge now,how wrong they were,do they?

If they can't make a living doing what they do now they would be good as a weather forecaster. They seem to keep they jobs if right only half the time.

A lot of guys around here sold for $3.70 to $3.80 including my brother. Who would have thought of the price today. Farm till you're broke.

Saw an article about how prices are determined on "How do they do That" (Wish I could find the video)
These people seem to do all the deciding the prices daily. Basically ,If ya have too much wheat .. bake your own bread, and they will see you get enough for the excess that you can buy butter for on it.
yesterdays prices

That is just it, he is a market analyst with an opinion.....which can change at anytime and he doesn't have to say anything....just change his position (which probably happened soon after his "finding" was published).

PS...how many of you actually tell the truth on those agriculture census.
