so i get this right, i found some conversion tables for finding speed of motor but my question is if i'm putting less flow into the hyd. motor i will get less RPM, but will the torque of the motor also go down ???? or will it stay the same ???

Speed is tied to flow, torque depends on hyd oil pressure.

If all parts were perfect, which is not possible, torque would stay the same. So, depending on the condition of your components torque will probably drop some.
