been awhile

I see some familiar names and alot of new ones. Just getting back after a long bit of time away. Hope all are well. Collected two more colors while I was gone and working on a third right now.

Gas and Steam at Baraboo has been growing. I've been there several times and know alot on these forums go there. Each year they feature a manufacturer and draw tractors from all over the Midwest. I have seen more different types of iron there than I have memory cards on my camera for. HPOCA held one of their board meetings there one year and I put alot of faces to the names then. Most everything else I have been to around here is more local and much smaller. I try to get to pulls that feature local unmodified tractors. There is one over in Marquette County that has all classes for pullers and the only condition was they were working tractors. While I like the shine and power of the big boys like the next man, I like the faded greasy black biltching working tractor pull even more. That one is every Labor Day
