Don't know where you are in Kansas, but there are a couple of salvage yards, Abilene Machine and Mike's in Buhler. I have bought rims from Mike's, but not from Abilene Machine, but they have lots of stuff. Cheapest tires are from Tire Town in Kansas City area. Most tires are blems. They have a web site. Try Tucker Tire. They sell on ebay and have a web site.
Time you figure tire; tube; loop rim; mounting tire on rim charges; shipping to your house; they are preety reasonable.
You get everything but the center section of the rim.
