Argyle lake gas engine show

What was the deal this year.? Show wasn"t in the woods but was out in the field .Lots of parking taken up with flea market and a huge crowd makes me think I'll not ever go back. Parking was at a premium and traffic control almost non existant.

I think the nice weather and large crowd as well as 4 1/2"- 5" of rain the few days before the show was a lot of the problem. Parking and etc. was slowed due to the wet ground. As far as being in the open field that is part of our new greener ways. They claim all the traffic and disturbance is hard on the tree's and the conservation dept. wouldn't allow it. Kind of a shame to change a good show which everyone really enjoys.

Yep, dissapointed myself!
Thought the tractor numbers were down a lot.

Its thewet weather. they have had a couple trees fall down and didnt want that to happen to a tractor. I agree the tractor population was down. I had a few olivers there.
