Yes, it's an SC...
Serial number should be on a tag on the dash, or stamped on the carb side engine flange. Take the first two digits, and subtract 4, and that will tell you what year it is.

LOL YUP He passd away 14 years ago! Well a few days befor he pass thats where he parked the tractor!
There is a raincap on the Exhaust pipe, The only rust hole on the Exhaust pipe is maybe a inkpin size, so maybe the engine is not stuck!

Yes it is an Sc if you are interested in restoring it some parts are available others can be a bit tough to find my email is open as i might be able to help you out if that is what you want to do with it they are great little tractors about the same size and power as a Farmall H
