If you are asking how much for the footings I came up with just under 12 yards.

Gotta convert everything to the same units:
3 inches = .25 ft
10 inches = .83 ft
16 inches = 1.33 ft
18 inches = 1.5 ft

OK, you have the following:

2 side footings:
2 x ((1.5 x 1.33 x 54) - (.83 x .25 x 54)) = 2 x (108 - 11) = 2 x 97 = 194 cubic feet

2 end footings:
Subtract the thickness of the sides from the length of the ends, so 35 - 3 = 32 feet.
2 x ((1.5 x 1.33 x 32) - (.83 x .25 x 32)) = 2 x (64 - 7) = 2 x 57 = 114 cubic feet

Total:
194 + 114 = 308 cubic feet
308 / 27 = 11.4 cubic yards

12 yards should do it.

exactly 38 yards assuming the pad is 4" thick, I'd order 40 yards to make sure you have enough. If you depths are right on you'll be fine , but if your off a couple inches here and there you will need more than 2 yards extra. Hope this helps Mike

I came up with 38 cu-yds too. Give these dimensions to your concrete supplier and he will tell you how much to order. You don't want to be short. Hal

Just for the footer,13.19 or like someone else said 12.give or take on how accurate your footer is.or 35 more for a 6"floor(48Y.) or 23.4 for a 4"floor(37Y)
