OT New additions and then there were 12

The wife has wanted to raise a litter of gold retrievers for a long time. We have all way had one or two sense our first son was born. But we didn’t live where that was a good idea So 11 years ago when we move out to the farm She started looking for a female. About three years ago she found a puppy she wanted And last night jest after midnight we started having these. Larry

Very nice. Hope she's able to take care of them all. If she's low on milk and you have to help her, suggest you and/or your wife get the vet or someone show you how to use a feeding tube. Wife had to feed 8 babies 3times a day when one of our sheperds didn't make enough milk.
Sure makes them hard to let go when the time comes. Good looking crew.

First litter and she popped out 12 without any help? If she is able to feed them all also, you better get her a diamond studded collar and start cooking for her. Couple manicures and wellness weekends should be in order too :shock:
 
Box is not nearly as crowded at our house- wife's Pomeranian just had her first "litter", if you can call it that- 2 pups, but one was breech and born dead. Poms generally have litters of 4 or 5.
