How do I set the points for a M-65 4 cyclinder, gas burner

Just like any other points. You jog the starter til the rubbing block is on the high point of the cam. You loosen the set screw and turn the eccentric screw that moves the points open or closed. Using a feeler gauge of the appropriate gap dimension(I think 0.022" in your case but someone will correct me if I"m wrong),insert the gauge into the gap, then turn the eccentric screw til you can feel a slight drag on the feeler gauge when you pull it through. Tighten down the set screw and you"re done.
