Just when things were improving

Some of you may remember last week I posted of problems I was having from my knee. After spending most of this week in and out of the doctor office. It was determined I had a bad infection in my arm, and knee, plus something torn loose in the knee, from squatting while pressure washing my tractor. No idea where the infection came from. Most think it was from the black swamp type water I was stuck in. Plus all that I developed a blood clot in my lower leg from sitting all night as I couldn't sleep in my bed. Today is the first day I can move around with out a cain. I had a mowing job I needed to do. So I had my brother help me with the run tractor, while I used a hand machine around a large ditch so he could see where he was going. I disturbed a bee hive and before I could hobble away I was hit at least 5 times. Hope you had a better day. stan

Not meanting to get your hopes up, but sometimes stings help some of out other problems, at least take our minds off them. Hope tomorrow is better.

bee stings may help him, read something bout that one time can't remember what it said, or where I read it, OR when I read it.Don't know why I can remember reading it. well with his luck they woun't help him.

Some folks sting themselves with honey bees to get their immune system to work better.? I dont know how it works but they swear by it. I dont know either if all stinging insects work or if they just use honey bees because there easer to aquire.

Good for arthritus. Years ago there was a friend in the local bar that used bees like that. The local bee keeper came in & friend asked for some bees. Bee keeper went to his truck and came in with a few pinched in his fingers & put them on my friends arm so they would sting him. This was common to us as we had seen it before, but to a bunch of strangers it was new. They quickly finished their drinks & got out of there. Bartender asked him not to do that anymore as it was hard on business.

That"s a good run of bad luck. Hope you get better soon and get the blood clot taken care of. Those clots can be bad news.

my dad's uncle mowed into a bee nest with his sickle bar mower cutting hay
he had been having a problemn with arthis before that after he said he didn't have the trouble he had been having milking cows.
but at the same time he wouldn't go out of his way to get sting by bee stings
