I have called every day for a week to order a muffler cant get anyone.Any you guys know whats up? maybe vacation or something dont know where else to get a GOOD one.

I had the same problem a few years ago and I tried for at least two months to get him by telephone with no luck. I wrote two letters and eventually, he responded. His mufflers and other parts are worth waiting for if you CAN wait and Mark bailed me out with a manifold problem I was having when nobody else could but still in my opinion that is not a good way to run a business. LOL!

Like loko and gene point out, the business is a sideline for Mark. When you can get him, his service is as good as his goods. As it's happened, the three times I've gone to him I got him directly. Call that luck, I had heard before I went to him the first time that he can be hard to reach. It's not neglect on his part. He's a good and honest fella, but his farm is the first priority. Keep trying. When you do get hold of him, he'll deliver as promised.
