Letters on Platform

I have a 1949 Farmall C, On the platform where the operators feet sit just behind the clutch pedal, there are four letters USRC does anyone know what this means, the lettes are cast into the plate.

I went back and viewed the site,as best as I can determine it is an education advancement conference for graduate students at a higher college level.My take on your tractor is that it was a disply item for IHC's Human Resources Recruitment Team. If so the Farmall has historic value for that part of it's life. It's a good converstion piece if nothing else.IMO JH
