Is to train someone to do your work.

Now roles have been reversed; Nancy rakes and I pick weeds out of the windrows.

Actually while Nancy rakes I run the baler or the video camera.

Sure saves us a lot of time.

Ya but if Nancy reads this you may be demoralize, and in order to make this a tractor post I used to own a 8n ford.

Nothing like workin as a team !

looks like you trained her well.

Good work Nancy !!

Love that bark of the MT too.

james, did nancy put out any winders in your truck yet??? looks awful bumpy, you'll need to get nancy an air ride seat for that tractor!!!

Parked my truck far from harm"s way and rolled down all the windows.

Also made sure that I put the right gas in the tractor before she started raking.

Yes it was a "bumpy" ride for both of us.

Wild hogs did a lot of damage on this field.

Decided we"d better cut, rake, and bale before it got any worse while we still had a field left!

Will come back this Fall with a disk harrow and cultipacker to rework the bad areas in the field.

Nancy has been wanting to rake hay for a while; she said it would speed up our operation.

She wanted to run the rake ahead of me running the baler.

She did a good job on her first time out and will get better with practice.

This was the second time we baled this field this Summer; sure did make some nice Bahia grass hay.

"Sam" our 51MT is a very useful and dependable tractor; does a lot of various jobs for us around the farm.

My Father would of said slow down, the rake is bouncing right over some of the hay! Don't think I ever saw dust like that in MN hay! We have an M, I think they have an aggressive sound at higher RPM! Nice video, thanks.

She did a much better job on her first time raking than I did on my first attempt.

She raked two other fields yesterday that were a lot "trickier" than this one and did really good.

We are an equal opportunity employer of tractors; we use the Ford 2810 for loading, unloading, and stacking hay.

The Ford 2810 is another useful and dependable tractor.

The bouncing and dust was in areas that were "rooted up" by wild hogs.

Decided we'd better cut, rake, and bale before it got any worse.

We both agree that the wild hog problem could be worse - they could be rooting up our Coastal/Cheyenne hay field just across the road.

I'll come back in the Fall with the disk harrow and cultipacker and rework these bad areas.

This response has nothing to do with your situation, but from what I have observed, getting your boss fired is a good way to get promoted.

I know how to take care of the hogs.Is it leagal there to shot on site or do you have a season for them. Here they almost pay us to shot them.

Its shoot on sight here, but problem is they lay up during the day and move at night.

The idea of sitting up all night and hoping the hogs will show up doesn't thrill me.
