gary have you been seeing any sudden death in the soy beans around you? been hearing it started showing up last week in ia, heard some guys are seeing it here in illinois. have not seen any yet near me.

Lots of Sudden Death in Soybeans in Central Iowa.

Yep, just the last 3 or 4 days it has been showing up.

Some fields are still looking good while others are spotted with Sudden Death.

I have some showing in a couple of fields.

May try to get a couple of pictures for the guys that are wondering what we're talking about.

It"s here in southern MN. One variety in particular looks to be real susceptible.

Take comfort in that dad always found it was the best beans on the best ground that were susceptible. Just tried to avoid that variety from then on. This year its sudden drought that is getting them.
