Wife just got a nice army trailer on ebay with a 2500 liter fiberglass tank. Got her trained pretty good huh????

Anyway, can I just pressure wash the tank and roll/brush on some paint?
What kind of paint (epoxy)?

Thanks, Dave

Dave epoxy would be to brittle. If the tank is subject to expansion and contraction in heat cold then your best bet would be 100% acrylic paint this is not run of the mill latex house paint but a pure acrylic base very flexible and extremely durable but very expensive. Next best thing for flexibility with less durability would be latex acrylic satin house paint, it would look good and would keep the cost down. You usually can touch up a satin acrylic without a high degree of flashing.

There is a product that auto painters put in the paint to keep it flexible when fiberglass bodies or parts.
Ask your local auto body shop they should be able to help out.
