Kubota BX1800

I went to my uncles today an he was moweing the yard. When he got through he noticed that all the gauges were dead an he couldn"t shut the mower off We had to take the engine shield off an he shut it off manually (moving lever on top of injection pump) He tried to start it agian an nothing happen It wouldn"t turn over No clicks Even engages the PTO to try to make it click First thing I tought of was the key switch An I always thought one wire that ran to the switch was hot all the time but the only place we found jucie is at the starter Battery an fuse are good Anyone got any experience with sort of thing or any input would help Thanks

Where the hot from the battery goes to the large starter terminal there is one of two things. Early one had a fuse link ( Peice of wire in a loop) then latter they put a large plastic fuse in there right by the starter.. Supplies the entire hot to dash , switch, kill ect.. Thing is you need to look for what caused it to blow..USUALLY a place where the wiring harness comes under the dash cowl and goes up..most time they wer or pinch in that area.
