O.T. Propane

It is that time of year again to renew the contract or switch suppliers. Do any of you guys in Ohio use Valley National Gasses for your propane? The price is lower than amerigas but I'm wondering how they are to do business with.

Lately, I've been buying from Thrifty Propane out of Medina, Ohio, 800-879-3152.

I own my own tank and Thrifty has offered me better pricing than others that I have quoted.

I should also mention that they have a current promotion including your own free tank if you prebuy 2200 gallons.

Don't know the details but worth checking out if you do not already own your tank.

I just got a 500 gallon tank from blue flame gas at moulton ohio for a 1 dollar lease and a fill up for 1.69.

I HAD Amerigas here in VA and they were higher than any one else. I suspect that is what you will find. Fred

just filled up in ky for 1.49---with a winter contract of 1.59

I sure wouldn't buy from Amerigas as Fred said, they are the highest priced supplier in VA and think they're are crooks. Three of my neighbors including myself had small leaks at the valves just enough to double our gas useage. Don't think it was coincedence.
