Logging Arch - need pics

Hi Y'all!
Hope this finds everyone well. About 2 yrs ago there was discussion on logging arches (DIY). I think it was Fawteen or Les posted some pics of an arch with angled front end. You would hook the log with chain and when moving fwd it would ride up the angle lifting the nose of the log. When stopping it would lower the log.

Cant seem to find it in archives and asking for repost or links etc.

Thanks!

I have kept some photos of them. Paul

Thanks Paul!
I will save the pics to my PC. Helping a young man start a draft horse logging effort. Right now he is just skidding the logs on the ground - to much wear and tear on his team and the land owners ground.

While it's not an arch. It certainly provides traction and minimizes ground damage. The winch is handy for reaching back into rough spots.

I think the one you are describing is for sale through "northern tool".

I built one for 200 bucks.I had the wheels and winch on hand.Rest was new steel.I put the small end of the log forward so it comes up first when lifted.Used photos to build.
