just purchased this 60 hp tractor and the front wheels are set too far out for general use. I have run the wheels back in but can"t figure out how to adjust the steering rod. any suggestions?

Your 2030 was built from 1971-1975 not the 1980's.
Remove bolt from clamp on tie-rod and adjust toe-in to 1/8 in wider at rear of tire than in the front of tire.
