Thanks to all who gave advice on my draper belt. Turns out the problem was the bushing wore out on the bottom of the drive roller causing it to move half inch closer to adjusting roller. So my rollers were running as a paralelogram. You could adjust it till you were blue in the face and never get it. I'm embarassed to say it took me 6 hours to figure that out. But now that it is fixed you can get that draper to run where ever you want just by adjusting the spring tension on ratchet adjuster. Talk to ya later.
 
Glad to hear you got the problem solved. sometimes a bad bearing in a roller is tough to spot until you smell smoke. Drapers can be so frustrating if something's not quite right. They are nice to run beause they feed so nice and smooth no matter if the crop is wet or dry. I'll run a draper head before an auger head anyday, but there's a tradeff. It's always good to have a fire extinguisher handy. Jim
