Removing Behlen overdrive from F-20

Need a brief description on removing the
Behlen fron the junk F-20. Do you remove anything
from inside the transmission? Thanks for any
help.

I removed and sold a Behlen overdrive from a F-20 parts tractor a couple years ago. I dont remember step by step but I do remember thinking at the time that it was easier than I had anticipated that it might be, it took about an hour or less as I recall. I should mention that the engine was already out of the tractor.

Remove the yoke between transmission and road gear. Remove cover from road gear.Remove the gears from the gear box.There will be 8 taper head screws in the rear of the gear box that will take a large flat screwdriver. Remove these screws and you have it off.
