Cracked Block WC Tractor

I have a WC. I found a crack in the block between number one and two cylinders. I have the liners out. Any suggestions on repairing the crack?

Is the crack at the top, or bottom? I was always told the cracks at top won't hurt, and put one back together with cracks, worked out fine. On the bottom, a little different story.

Post this on the Allis forum. I have read about this problem before and I think it may not be a problem that needs fixed. I have also seen fixes on the allis forum that tie the block together with a long bolt through the water jacket. You may find it with a search.

Talk to someone that builds pulling engines there is some stuff you can get to pour in the block that will cover the bottom and seal the cracks and you won't even have to use the O Rings on the sleeves.
