Well, maybe out of the crypt was a little over the top, but on the 3rd we had some time so we got Dad and his old tractor out and let him drive it around a while. He is 98 and the tractor is 82.

Old Geezer,

I read a book one time where the Author said, "Honor thy father and thy mother that thy days may be long in the land wherein thou dwellest." You had better plan for a LONG life.

YES iT Is ... a Priceless Grin ... Somewhere in family archives ,,there is a pix of My Dad on his 430 case demonstrator that I painted up for him for his 80th birthday ,,, that was 15yrs ago ...

A VERY FINE thing to do for your Dad. I bet he flashed back to times long gone where he and the tractor worked many a long day. I hope that I am able to do things like that in my Golden years.

That is awesome! I'm sure that is an experience that you both will remember the rest of your lives. Very few men are lucky enough to see their father driving a tractor at age 98.
