as I drive around the neighborhood I took some shots I know I have shown these areas before, but I like to capture the constant changes If I get annoying, let me know!

There's nothing pretter than rolling farmland striped with stands of corn golden grain and alfalfa. Farmers here are finishing up their first cutting and some have been working on second, although rain every other day slowed the process. We are still about 2" behind on rain year to date however. I've been busy this weekend laying about 40' of retaining wall out of natural stone that I have been scrounging out of rock piles in the edge of the woods across from my house. Hope to take a neighborhood ride with the wifey tonight. Thanks for the Pics.

Awesome pictures. Grain here won't be ready till end of August, at least. Haying season is just starting to get under way here. What a difference a thousand miles makes.

Keep posting pictures, we all like them.

Looking at your pictures makes me want to get out and plant some real crops in my old fields. I love the mixed crops rather than acres and acres of corn, wheat, or beans. That said, I'd also love to see them harvest the big wheat fields in Kansas. When we painted our living area, I tried to match the color of ripe wheat. Not perfect, but close enough.
