Saw Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww At Salt Lake City now and the Lake is lowwwwwwwwwww plus stinks. cHECKING OUT Mormon Temple tomorrow then its to Crater Lake and Mt Rainier

You are only supposed to see the lake from the air on your flight out....don"t go out there....too late! It does stink.
Look up to the east at the foot of that small mountain...that"s where I am!

Is the road all the way open to the top of Crater Lake yet?
We made the mistake of leaving Smith Rock - upper mid Oregon, at 12 pm - about 37 degrees Celcius. When we finally made it up to Crater Lake late that afternoon it was snowing. This was about the beginning of July.
The park had just opened. We stood around freezing and decided that even though it was beautiful,it was time to move on.
