Adapter Kit

Reading an old hotrod magazine, when I was a kid, years ago. Reader wrote in asking if he could put a Lincoln engine in a Nash Rambler. Editor answered, "You can put anything in anything if you use a big enough hammer.."

Appropriate advice even today.

Now, my question to you..... WHY?

There is a Funk converson kit for the purpose of putting the flathead 6 or v8 in the old Fords. Not sure if they still make them anymore. I think the conversion kits were made at a factory in KS. Hope this helps.

Of course not you make your own. There was never a kit to put newer v-8s in old tractors you just learned how to do it.So just get busy figure out how you will bolt the engine to the Ford bell housing then flysheel and clutch then make it fit the Ford front wheels assy.
