G1000 Vista

I saw a 1968 MM G1000 Vista dsl. sell for $12k yesterday on a farm auction in south central MN. It was one owner,very sharp,as close to original condition as they come. I know there were not many vista's sold, just wondering if the selling price was fair or not?

You say very sharp.

I say reasonable price. Seen very sharp Deere 4020 go for more. I'd take the Vista.

As long as it was very sharp i suppose. They are a great tractor but for an average one i would say 6k is about right. with low hours i guess id say its possible. just my 2 cents.

since the final bidder kept going till he got it,i'll bet he thought it was fair.it all depends on your perspective.one man thinks its too cheap

go to www.magesland.com, click on upcoming auctions, scroll down, click on june 2nd. auction.
The only fault I can give it is that the wheels where repainted gray, otherwise the rest of the paint is original.
