Kinda slow on here today so maybe you-all won't mind if we do this again. What you-all having for dinner? For me it is a roast pork sandwich, lettuce salad and a couple of cookies. Glass of lemonade to drink. Heading out to spray some beans as there is 0 wind here in so. Mn. Have a nice day.

Good old All American beef patties (own steer) and Johnsonville brats. Have onions from last years garden and some house pot grown tomatoes. I think the Misses is making some homemade pies. We will wash that all down with some ginger tea, that my wife goes and gets the ginger out in the woods.
I know that is may sound strange to go to all of this trouble but on American holidays we try to keep it going like it used to be.

We went to the American Legion in South East MN. for their Memorial Day Celebration and had their charcoaled chicken and washed it down with a beer.
Our neighbor who collects military things displayed his Army jeep and trailer and also had his army tank hauled in for display. It weighs over 14,000 lbs even though the outside is Aluminum.

Just popped 5 tums to settle down my stomach after the delicious ground sirloin burger, sweet corn and frosty beers!

BAR-B QUID Pork chops from the Grill Sweat corn
and cole slaw and ICE TEA. With a bowl of home made Peach Ice cream.
How much more could a person want.

We had 20 people here for lunch. Served a 10 lb pork loin, wrapped in bacon, soaked in cherry/apple juice, on the rotisserie (sp). Also pork and beans, homemade apple sauce, watermelon, and homemade ice cream! Oh, and it was SO good! Greg

Had supper with friends. Grilled veggies and steaks, potato & sauerkraut salad, few cocktails and some lies to wash it down. Great supper!!
