Where cai i find a cluch that goes between the mower and shaft It is a 1000 rpm shaft the shaft does not have a whole in it for a pin it has slot that a bolt tightens the shaft to the emplementl It will look just like the bushog cluch and work the same way

What you are looking for is an "overrunning clutch" Farm stores, dealers, etc.

No I have located a cluch for a bushog it has springs and small cluches that adjust with spring it will work but will not bolt down it has a whole for bolt to go through and my shaft does not I need one that has a bolt on the out side that tightens down around the shaft

I would think about driling a hole through the shaft, if that is an option
