Bought this from property owner when construction co. went belly up. It was in the shop with the engine apart. It came with all the parts to put it back together. We have been working on it in our spare time. Yesterday we torqued down the head put the oil pan on and adjusted the valves. Will do some more today. I just love putting something together that I didn't take apart, but then again I love a jigsaw puzzle.

Did you have to have it moved or can you work on it were it sat? I'll bet it cast a few $'s to have it moved with no engine. Have Fun with you metal jig saw puzzle :>) Mike
 
I thought cars was a bit much, but a lick of paint and up and skinning. The one missing item was the winch. It's a D what??
 
It is a TD15C. Carried my excavator over there on my low boy pulled it out of the shop right up on low boy. Carried it home (2 miles)and pulled it of with loader. It ain't pretty but track system in real good shape.

RB just had to reply. NICE FIND!!!!Being that the unit was seting for a long time,dis-assembled,how far are you going into the dozer on repairs? Just wondering. Hope you get the dozer operational. LUCK TO YOU!! LOU.

I don"t stop at garage sales. I know I would find SOMETHING I just had to have.
 
Putting that engine together would not be a problem for me as long as all the parts are there don't care if it was a DT 361 or the 407 or the 466 . My only hang up is that it is in a yellow piece of iron and not in a wheel tractor . Them tracks are hard on my knees and rear end .
