O/T: Blade grinder

Best use of a radial arm saw. Use an 8 in wheel, 5/8 arbor, 3/4 in wide. Had to use a flat washer on the inside of the arbor. Works like an expensive blade grinders.

Best way to set the sawdust on fire.

Never use that saw to make sawdust. I think a radial arm saw is worthless. No more sparks than with a grinder. I always do all my grinding and welding outside to prevent fires. However, if I do need to start a fire, I'll keep that in mind.

Ive made money using a radial arm saw since the mid 50s sawing wood.A 30 buck china grinder will sharpen mower blades.You aint wrapped too tight.That grinding wheel can climb on top of the blade and shatter.
