Sister has a Car that as I said above. Any how the head lights act funny. One side is on high beam and the other low. I tried removing one head light and putting the plug on 180 out but that did not seem to fix it. Any body have a clue as to what might be wrong. I'm thinking maybe a body/light ground but have not gotten it to it yet.
Thanks for your help, maybe LOL

not sure what year you have there rich, but if its a late model with the battery under the back seat, follow the ground straps up behind the back seats to where they attach to the body. look for corrosion there. clean every thing up brite and shiny, then disconnect the battery for about a half hour, then reconnect and start the car. there is a body control module that controls a lot of functions, and if it has a bad ground, all kid of wierd stuff happens. we had one in the shop a while back, the radio, heater, power windows and locks all quit. tried to hook the scanner up, but it would not communicate with the vehicle. talked with a buddy of mine, and he suggested the grounds. that was the problem

This one is around a 1993 give or take a years or 2. Battery under the hood thank god. Checked the grounds and that did not help. Was told it might be a bad head light bulb so have a new one here to try tomorrow

could very possibly be a bad filament in the bulb. if the filament breaks, sometimes it drops and kind of welds itself to the other filament, causing them both to light. have seen it happen a lot in tail lamp and brake lamps.
