Today is the second jewel after the derby. Go Super Saver, we need a triple crown winner. In 3 weeks they will be running in NY. Hal
 
May be no racing in New York State this year!!! The State is broke. No funding for anything. State workers are now on 4 day weeks unless judge says diff. No Bellmont No Saratoga.
 
California is looking for 13 billion dollars. I thought something may have happened to Super Saver. This race was shorter than the Derby and the track was muddy when he won the Derby. I think they will race at the Belmont. Hal
 
I would have liked to have seen Super Saver win again today, but from watching the mile and a quarter KY Derby , it didn't look like he could hold the pace for a mile and a half. Hope he runs in the Belmont.

Where are you at in NY? I was just up in Walton at an auction. Wasnt a great auction but at least they moved it along. 4 hour drive each way. Left at 6:30 am. Home by 7 PM. Beautiful county up there.
 
I live in New York and did not hear about the
racing situation. No racing no revenue or am I
missing something.
 
Have not been to Letchworth State Park in 30
years. Da.n, was going to take a Monday off and
go this year. It is only 25 miles away.
