Irrigation well advise

I need some directions and advise on how to wash down a well 30 to 40 feet deep. I have purchased a wash down check valve and have a transfer pump. Any directions and advise will be helpful

I wasnt sure what you meant by washing down a well. but I found there are several plumbing forums (used google) that have questions/advise on this.

OT In the archives I was looking up New Idea.

Are you the same person who had a New Idea Plantsetter Lot 67?
How is it working out - and is there any place that still makes parts for them?

I have a Lot 85 that is in pieces - hoping the rest of the pieces are on my uncles farm. I was looking for one for parts online, but only found one in usable condition thats too far to drive from Maryland in the time I have.
