international 2405 tractor

i have a 2405 international tractor that has a wining noise in the hyd. system, it changes sound when you use the steering also when this started happening the 3 pt hitch wants to drop. i called a dealer and they dont have a service manual available for this model anymore. any help would be appreciated thanks

A partial answer:
Manuals can be found on this site to the left.
Making sure all control levers are centered, and that any IH hydraulic valves that are designed with a rotating selector (on the opposite end of the valve from the lever) are not part way between dual action and single acting settings.
Others may hae more specific info on that model. Jim
