In my last gatherings I got a 674D that is really great except both ends of the fuel tank are leaking. The exterior of the ends is scaling rust. Are good used tanks available or should I remove and replace the ends with a galvanized plate?
 

Remove tank and just weld on new patches or ends, then you know what you have rather than something else that might leak anyways...
