Didn't really think one existed, but asked on a forum here if there was a user manual for the side mounted sickle mower itself on my tractor that would show how to adjust lube, and use it. That was several months ago.
Was leaving the house yesterday and a guy that I'd seen a couple times over the years at tractor shows with a shiney and neat version of my little tractor was driving by. Barely talked to the guy except for "nice tractor" and "how'd you do this?". Turned out he was looking for me.
Anyway, he had read my post and went to our website that I have linked and recognised a picture of "the American with the tractor" and wrote down the address for the next time they'd be in the area.
He had made a copy of the manual I had asked about and had it in a nice little binder and brought 5 pounds of Bratwurst from his area (Thuringen) that I had said I liked so well in another post on the forum. Had a nice visit and showed him and his wife the horses and puppies, luckily had an unopened bottle of Jack Daniels, a bottle of wine that doesn't taste like vinegar and a big bag of beef jerky (store bought but better than nothing) to send home with them.

Just thought I'd share that.

Sounds like most of my experiences in Germany.
Thuringen is known for it"s wurst if I remember right. And beer.
Good thing you didn"t have any American beer handy you would have made an enemy for life.
JD is probably king for imported whiskey over there.
Never touch the stuff myself. Now Jeager is a different story. Heh heh

Believe it or not, he asked for Budweiser  Gonna mail him a case against my better judgement. I don't like JD either........

When my cousins from Berlin were over for a visit last year, they laughed at my Busch Lite and called it "vassa bier" (sp?)- "water beer". They knew enough English (and my kids knew enough German) that we had a real enjoyable visit.

A little JD will put hair on your chest. LOL I can't stand beer, in any type. Now I like whiskey, a little in a class topped off with some coke is a fine drink. Straight is not too bad either.
My brothers and I make some "shine" every fall. We use the still that grand dad used to keep this farm in the depression.
