Need help with a 553 bobcat

Having trouble with a 96 553 Bobcat. It has a kubota diesel with direct drive to the pumps. for the last 6 months I have been fighting a hyd oil foaming problem. it has gotten so bad that if I use it very long, it foams out the vent. two mechanics have said I have a oil compatibility issue ( started right after I used a backhoe attatchment that I had loaned out). I am only able to change the oil in the resivour. they said 3 times should fix it. I have done it 5 times and it is getting worse.
2 other mechanics said I have a pinhole size leak in the suction side of the hyd system. I have removed the two suction hoses, inspected them. then air preasure tested them in a water tank. no leaks. checked all fittings and clamps for tight on the suction side of the system. It is not leaking oil. HELP!!! NEED IDEAS. and no, I don"t think it has rabies.

A high pressure internal leak will foam the oil. It will generate a lot of heat too. So run it and check your hydraulic components and see if any are hotter than the rest, ie. valves motors.
