Gravely Zero Turn ZT2048

I have a Gravely ZT 2048. Tonight while mowing, the right side rear wheel lost all power. Up on jacks, the wheel seems to turn forward and backward normally when the lever is pushed or pulled. On the ground, it gets no power. Any ideas??

Does it have a square key that fell out or sheared off in the wheel?

It didn't look like it. In fact, the wheel tries to turn. On a jack, it seems to turn normally, both ways. On the gound, not much at all.
